  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview and Purpose of Role:

• Bridging the gap between customer and implementation team

• Provide advice and consultation to customer to enhance their business processes

• Assist in managing the project progress

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in system requirement gathering

• Perform configurations based on user requirements

• Carry out testing based on test scenarios

• Produce quality documents related to projects, i.e. functional requirements document, technical specifications, training materials.

• Conduct training to internal team or to customers

• Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science and related discipline is required

• Prior experience in Cards, Bank operations or Payments-related divisions

• Possess good verbal and writing skills in English

• Able to conduct Presentations / Walkthroughs with Customers

• Able to travel overseas.

• 3 to 7 years experienced.

Good to have:

• Experience in Java - J2SE, J2EE, JavaScript and JavaScript libraries

• Knowledge in Mobile App Dev, Payments & Cards industry, ISO8583, NDC+

• Knowledge in database server such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc
