Responsibilities

  • Handle order inquiries. Each customer care specialist will be trained to specialize in a few products/services. Job rotation among the team enables a wide range of learning opportunities for biotechnology-related products and services.
  • Act as the liaison between the Production and Sales departments to perform order entry and coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with overseas principals or local suppliers to satisfy post-order inquiries.
  • Comply with established standard operating processes and procedures and work closely with Customer Care Managers to handle daily challenges.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers by providing professional service.
  • Proactively identify and capture customer needs using a database.

Requirements

  • Degree or Master in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Preferably with related work experience.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude and confidence to contribute as part of the best customer care team in the local biotechnology industry are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Good command of English and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Primary communication channels with customers are email; secondary channels are phone calls and webchat.
  • Team player, paying attention to detail, and an avid learner.
  • Malaysian citizen only.

Remunerations

  • Basic salary ranges from RM 2,500 to RM 3,200.
  • Good mental wellness of working environment with high degree of transparency in works.
  • 5 physical working days each week in regular basis.
