How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

THE JOB

Financial Reporting Control (FRC) administration

  • Administer the Financial Reporting Control (FRC) testing exercise and reporting requirement to MISC/ Petronas.
  • Guide FRC testers and assessors to ensure completeness and timely completion of testing exercise according to the deadline.

Corporate Governance and Compliance

  • Support Finance process review.

Group management reporting

  • Prepare various internal and external reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Review and update controls within the group to be in compliant with internal and external reporting requirements.

Group’s Limit of Authority (LOA) administration - Ad-hoc

  • Administer as custodian of the Group’s Limits Of Authority (LOA) and responsible for upholding validity and relevance of its operationality for business decision making purposes including updating, maintenance and providing guidance on its interpretation.

THE PERSON

  • Possessed at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management/ Administration.
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact with the management, leaders and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders.
  • Strong motivation, work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional and independent with high integrity.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office – Visio, Excel and Powerpoint.

Important Note - This is a Six (6) Month Contractual Role under 3rd Party Agency.
