Major Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks • Enter data into accounting software and balancing accounts. • Review transactions for errors and accuracy and make corrections. • Receive and process payments, invoices, employee reimbursements, bills, and other accounting information • Assist on prepare payments, payroll, or other outgoing financial data • Assist in month end closing reporting and year ended audit • Filling and document processing for account related • To check and data key in for staff expenses claim • Undertake any other ad hoc duties which assigned by manager or others • Support Accounting Manager in preparing, examining and analysing accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards • Liaise closely with bankers, auditors, tax agents & regulatory authorities. • Secures financial information by completing database backups. • Independent and proactive in troubleshooting.
