Job Description & Requirements:

  • Has Rich recruitment knowledge (Such as experience & able to compile Manpower Planning, issue Job Advertisement in the suitable website, resume Screening & arranging interview session. Experience and efficient in finding suitable candidates or agent for Recruitment & etc., has knowledge about Salary Proposal & negotiation, Offer Letter, Medical Checkup, Bank Account Opening & Others
  • Has experience in preparing and submitting Monthly Report such as employee welfare, HR SOP, HR/ Admin Forms and good knowledge in HR policies as per Labour Act, experience in issuing Company Internal Memo.
  • Has Payroll knowledge (Such as experience in handling Employee Leave Administration, TP 3 & Income Tax Clearance, SOCSO for New Joined & Leavers, Allowance & Deduction, Payroll Computation, Report and Payment, Tax Return and EA
  • Coordinate and follow up Performance Review and issuance of letter, Promotion Review Letter & etc.
  • Experience and able to handle Company group insurance such as AIA and SOCSO Claims. Etc.)
  • Has Training knowledge (Can coordinate with HOD to prepare and offer annual training plan, able to coordinate and follow up on the related training; Can contact outside organization and arrange external training, can compile monthly and annual training reports) and has administration knowledge & experiences
  • Experience & able to coordinate ISO Audit(External Audit)
  • Experience & able to process Expatriate Employee Pass, DP, PVP
  • Experience & able to process Foreign Worker Recruitment Application
  • Experience & able to handle employee conflict and grievances handling

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Study / Psychology
  • At least 5 years working experiences in HR and a people manager for recent Company with 3 years’ experience
  • Must be able to speak mandarin, read and write
  • Preferably experience in the following industry background: manufacturing, oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, mineral processing and pharmaceutical industries
  • Have good personality, responsible and a people person, good team player and good leadership in managing full spectrum of Human resources

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
