About Us: Our company has a skincare brand that we market through online platform like Facebook, Tiktok, Shopee, website. We have been in the industry for almost 10 years and we want to build a strong online presence by highlighting our brand values and unique selling propositions (USPs)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our online sales strategies across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for e-commerce, and a proven track record in driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales across e-commerce platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and our website).
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing) to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to online sales and marketing.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify cost-effective marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Implement loyalty programs and promotional campaigns to drive repeat purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 10 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
