1. Marketing Material Management
- Follow up with vendor/suppliers on new POSM & Merchandises sourcing and pricing. (e.g., buntings, posters, display racks, premium gifts)
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to manage the production timeline, quality, and delivery of POSM materials & merchandises.
- Conduct and manage of POSM & Merchandises distribution to every sales channels. (e.g. Open Channel Dealers, Concept Stores, and Key Account Dealers.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all POSM items and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
2. Retail Visibility Management
- Compile retail visibility requests from sales team. (e.g. Dealer store renovation, poster lightbox, signages requests)
- Assist in managing retail visibility projects price quotations with vendors/contractors.
- Follow up and liaise with vendors/contractors to ensure retail visibility projects are meeting expected timeline, quality.
3. Additional Tasks
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior
Requirement:
- Mandarin Speaker
- Minimum SPM and/or above
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing / Administration field
- Knowledge in basic accounting software is added advantage (e.g. UBS, Autocount)
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
