We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Manager to join our thriving property and wholesale company. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, financial planning, and treasury operations.
  • Preparing monthly and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to improve profitability and cost-efficiency, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and payments.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in the property and/or retail/wholesale industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with advanced analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
