Job Descriptions :
- Manpower Planning: Develop and get approval for a detailed plan on the company's staffing needs to ensure the right talent and skills are in place to meet business goals.
- Monitor & Report: Track manpower activities, compare actual staff movements with the plan, and take necessary action to address any differences.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with local and global HR trends in manpower planning and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the hiring process—from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to conducting orientation for new employees.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training sessions, track progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals and offer support to both managers and employees.
- HR Policies & Culture: Help develop and implement HR policies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Other Tasks: Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in HR or training, ideally in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRDC portal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Personal Traits: Passion for learning and growth.
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
