• Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support. • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law • Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc. • Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers. • Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review. • Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process. • To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system. • Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
