We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager, Learning to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our learning and development initiatives and supporting our employees' growth.

Location : Pulau Indah, Klang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Facilitation: Develop engaging learning programs, workshops, and e-learning content that addresses the evolving needs of our employees.
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with team leads and managers to assess learning gaps and create relevant training interventions.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and maintain our LMS, ensuring seamless access to learning resources and tracking participation.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Gather feedback and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, continuously refining them for better impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams to align learning strategies with business objectives.
  • Innovation: Explore and apply new learning tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re seeking candidates who are skilled in the following areas:

  • Learning Program Development & Facilitation: Ability to design and deliver engaging and practical learning experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training content.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with different teams and manage relationships effectively.
  • Data-Driven Evaluation: Skilled in using data to assess training effectiveness and improve future programs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to deliver and track training programs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: A proactive mindset to explore new learning methods and tools that improve learning outcomes.
  • HRDC Policies and Procedures : Experience in managing the HRDC applications and claims

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
