M&E Technician

• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions promptly while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans, conduct inspections, document issues, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Train staff on safety protocols and system operations while staying updated through ongoing training programs.
• Assist in vendor management, source quotations, supervise activities, and monitor expenses to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed records, prepare reports, coordinate duty rosters, and be prepared for emergency situations to ensure efficient facility operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or related technical field.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 years’ experience in facilities management and engineering, preferably with multiple engineering experience / discipline. Experience in healthcare is an advantage.
• Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for 3 years.
• Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
• In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Problem solving aptitude.
• Good physical condition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
