Job Summary:

The Operation Support - Field Officer is integral to maintaining efficient field operations and delivering high-quality service within our diverse projects. This role, available at both Junior and Senior levels, demands a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, overseeing on-site maintenance and safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Senior officers will also be responsible for strategic planning, managing budgets, and leading field teams to achieve project goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Housekeeping and Engineering teams, ensuring efficient task completion and alignment with operational goals.

2. Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties, offices, and storerooms to meet company standards.

3. Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively using tools like Microsoft Teams and Planner.

4. Implement and maintain the 5S methodology to ensure organized and efficient workspaces.

5. Manage inventory levels and maintain storerooms, ensuring proper resource utilization and cost control.

6. Execute cost-saving initiatives and monitor their impact on financial efficiency.

7. Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to support seamless daily operations.

8. Conduct monthly internal and cross-departmental audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

9. Oversee renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects, ensuring high standards and property value enhancement.

10. Support ISO 9001 initiatives and manage procurement processes in line with budgetary constraints and company policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and task delegation skills.

2. Proficiency in inventory management and storeroom maintenance.

3. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Planner, and PMS (IDB).

4. Familiarity with the 5S methodology and ISO 9001 standards.

5. Strong communication and auditing skills.

6. Ability to manage renovation and refurbishment projects.

Salary Range:

· RM 2400 - 3000 (Based on the Experience)

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
