Production Executive (Fashion Design & Production)

Job Overview:

INHANNA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fashion design process, developing patterns and bodice blocks, creating tech packs, and managing relationships with bulk tailors to produce INHANNA products. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing QC (Quality Control) documents and overseeing quality control to ensure all products meet the high standards of INHANNA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fashion Design & Development:
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, create, and develop fashion products that align with INHANNA’s modest fashion brand identity.
• Develop patterns, bodice blocks, and design tech packs for all new products, ensuring precision in garment construction and design.
• Pattern Making & Bodice Blocks:
• Develop and maintain accurate patterns and bodice blocks for each design, adjusting them as necessary to meet product specifications.
• Ensure that patterns are production-ready and scalable for mass production.
• Technical Documentation:
• Create detailed tech packs, including garment construction details, measurements, and fabric specifications, for production teams and tailors.
• Update and maintain all documentation related to fashion designs and production.
• Production Coordination:
• Manage relationships with bulk tailors and manufacturers to ensure seamless production of INHANNA products.
• Coordinate the production timeline, material procurement, and ensure that all designs are produced within the set deadlines and budget.
• Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
• Quality Control (QC):
• Develop and implement a QC document for all products to outline quality standards and criteria for inspection.
• Oversee quality control checks during the production process and final inspections of completed garments to ensure they meet INHANNA’s standards.
• Address and resolve any issues related to production quality, fit, or design discrepancies.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across all departments regarding product launches and campaigns.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure fabric and trims meet the design specifications and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion design and production, with a focus on pattern making, bodice block development, and tech pack creation.
• Strong technical skills in garment construction and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO).
• Experience in managing bulk production and coordinating with tailors or manufacturers.
• Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and fashion production processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control experience.
• Problem-solving skills to address production or quality issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in modest fashion design.
• Knowledge of QC standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with mass production environments and understanding of garment manufacturing at scale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
