Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our team for a global rollout project based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role involves implementing and supporting the SAP FICO module to optimize financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO solutions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our team for a global rollout project based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role involves implementing and supporting the SAP FICO module to optimize financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO solutions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP FICO module, ensuring alignment with global financial requirements and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and design effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Manage key financial activities, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Conduct user training and develop comprehensive documentation to facilitate user adoption of SAP FICO solutions.
- Participate in system testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations and recommend best practices.
- Stay updated on SAP FICO trends and enhancements to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with expertise in implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes, including financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other modules.
- Proven ability to work closely with clients to gather business requirements and deliver tailored SAP FICO solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP FICO module.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global rollout projects is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
