JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Finance Executive is responsible to assist the Accountant, or in the absence of Accountant, to be responsible for planning, organizing, establishing, maintaining and updating the Finance System and supporting documents and all other accounting functions of the Rehab Centre’s and other related companies, in line with the Rehab Center’s key business objectives and other relevant internal and external policies, procedures and requirements.

JOB CONTENT

  • Prepare accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis in the preparation of accounts.
  • Posting and processing of journal
  • Assist in end-of-month closing procedures.
  • Act as a reference point to the Finance team for any issues encountered and escalate where required.
  • Co-Ordination of the tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines as required
  • Responsible for correct and timely information posted in the system
  • Responsible to make sure that procedures are being followed prior to inputting information
  • Analyse internal accounting procedures, policies, and controls and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Assisting the finance department and accounting staff members with various accounting tasks.
  • Act as a replacement for certain duties of the finance executives when unavailable.
  • Assume responsibility for effectively researching, tracking and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or correct transactions.
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and administer the following activities for the Integra
  • Financial reports both internal and external
  • Financial policies, procedures and systems
  • Reimbursement strategies, reports and appeals
  • Budgeting systems for both operating and capital budgets
  • Tax returns and tax planning
  • Financial analysis of new centres, acquisitions and business development.
  • Disbursements (payroll and accounts payable) processing
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
