Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the relationship including receipt of customer orders as well as prompt resolution of any issues may arise throughout the order to case cycle.
- Follow up on order acknowledgement with logistic, and communicate to the Business Development Team (BD) on order fulfilment issue. Eg. shortage/BBD and work closely with the BD team to mitigate the sales risk.
- Co-ordinate closely with Operation team to ensure the delivery is on time as per PO indicated.
- Execute, co-ordinate and ensure the customer orders area aligned with the monthly sales projection.
- Responsible to close the outstanding PO and SO in the system by each month-end closing.
- Prepare, update and send weekly sales report to the Sales department. (if any)
- Handle customer complaints, and goods return.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), compliance policies established by the company.
- Responsible for proper filing of documentation per Audit requirements.
- Assist for sensory preparation if any customer visit.
- Assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Prefer Mandarin speaker as this position required to liase with China customer.
Minimum of 1 years of working experience in the same field.
Preferably with customer service/key account management background.
Computer skills being able to develop spreadsheets for data analysis.
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail & accuracy.
Fast paced learner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
