  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The New Roles

  • Responsibly for day to day operation and maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory running critical business services
  • Participate in infrastructure implementation project, system implementation for production, testing and development, disaster recovery
  • Involved in Incident Management/Change Management/Problem Management and ensure ticket / issue are solve within SLA
  • Plan and perform system maintenance, OS and security patches
  • Troubleshoot and report system incident/problems and anomalies
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and reports
  • Setup IT policies, standard operating procedures, change management to ensure standardized environments
  • Create/build and maintain scripts to automate the support of Windows based servers
  • Manage vendor in day to day operation and infrastructure projects
