Senior Account Executive

Job Description

• Assist in preparing budgets and business planning including project room revenue
• Ensuring legislation is followed
• Process cash disbursement and cash receipts
• Perform month-end close reconciliation and financial analysis
• Assist with preparing budget and forecasts
• Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections
• Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation for all company account
• Review vendor invoice and monthly statement to ensure all expenses are processed in the AP system
• Support Account Manager in various ad-hoc research, reporting, analysis etc.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Oversight of the full spectrum of finance duties, including banking & treasury; accounting & reporting; financial planning & analysis; cash flow management, and assisting in business decision-making for the operating company.
• controls, and working procedures for the company.
• Prepare and liaise closely with auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary and other regulatory bodies

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent preferably with experience in construction or railways industry
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in construction /railways industry or related field.
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
• Knowledge about MS office and MS Excel
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, very organized, prioritization skill and time management and independent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
