SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets.
• Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment and participate in recruitment marketing programmes (eg : career talks and job fairs).
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, seminars and events.
• Prepare and submit HRDF claims and applications.
• Manage any grievances, disputes and disciplinary cases towards a prompt and amicable resolution.
• Ensure disciplinary actions taken are in compliance with Employment Act 1955.
• Advise and direct line managers accordingly on the appropriate disciplinary actions consistent with the Company’s policy and procedures.
• Managing and processing the organization’s payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits to employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements (eg : income tax, social security, provident fund, and other government-mandated deductions).
• Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, policies, rewards programme and etc.
• Prepare HR reports and handle all the administration tasks.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in Human Resource or relevant field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Desire to learn attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
