SENIOR RISK AND SUSTAINABILITY EXECUTIVE

A) RISK MANAGEMENT

• Execute the implementation of Risk Management System in Group and ensure consistency of risk management practices in the Group.
• To be the liaison with the other stakeholders within the group & Subsidiary to collect risk updates/risk matters for Risk & Audit Committee Meeting.
• Assist to identify risk exposures, pre-empt, and unravel potential risk scenario to proactively address risk issues.
• Develop and implement risk management program to ensure all risks identified are addressed and risk impact are minimized through proper mitigations.
• Act as the focal point for coordinating, monitoring and championing risks management process.
• To review operational manuals, policies, guidelines, etc to ensure adequate internal controls are put in place to manage the associated risks of products and/or activities undertaken.
• To maintain and manage the internal Policy & documents repository system. To keep track of the documents which are going to lapse and to update the documents.
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

B) SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIES & IMPLEMENTATION

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices across the organization.
• Sustainability Framework (including objectives, policies, procedures, practices, materiality, data collection, reporting and reviewing).
• Key stakeholder identification, prioritisation and program implementation processes and procedures.
• Consolidate and prepare reporting materials of the Group’s sustainability performance.
• Collect and analyse sustainability quantitative and qualitative data at the group level, ensuring data integrity at all times, and maintaining effective relationships with all data providers.
• Prepare and publish the Group 's sustainability reporting, ensuring transparency in the organization's performance in environmental, social, and governance aspect.
• ESG indicators and targets setting processes and procedures.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees about ESG goals, practices, and their individual roles in achieving them.
• Reporting of sustainability governance, indicators and relevant ESG matters processes and procedures.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and responsibility throughout the organization.
• Stay informed and updated regarding changes in sustainability regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Job Requirement: -

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Environmental Management, Sustainability Development or risk management)
• Certification in Sustainability (e.g., Sustainability Reporting) is an added advantage
• Knowledge of healthcare system and Quality related Accreditation.
• Familiar with risk management and tools.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the sustainability reporting/risk management preferably in healthcare industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
