  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Placing orders (PR/PO) for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production.
  • Receiving and handling the confirmations.
  • Maintaining relations with the suppliers.
  • Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the Open Purchase Order List.
  • Tracking shipments/supplier performance, urging them if needed.
  • Daily, weekly check of the stock’s incoming with warehouse & Line of balance.
  • Correspondence with the freight forwarders, warehouses, and in case organizing the transportation.
  • Liaise with other departments Engineering, Quality, Planning and manufacturing for the purchase requisition.
  • Maintains procurement records, reports and metrics by follow QMS requirement.

Requirement :

  • Typically requires a Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Use of the following tools may be required: Working usage of Excel, Word and Power Point, English language knowledge, data entry, spreadsheet (PC), ERP software.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
