  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:

Position : Fitter / Welder (ARC & SMAW)

Company overview : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : 2 Shift Rotation. Monday to Friday ( 0700-1445, 1500-2300)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement + shift allowance RM175 + productivity allowance RM225 + overtime

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Able to speak, understand and write in English and Bahasa.
  • Able to work on extra hours on weekdays & weekend
  • Working exposure as fitter / welder (ARC & SMAW)

Job Task

  • Fit and Assemble purpose built frameworks from Creform / steel materials using hand tools and welding equipment.
  • Able to create Material list for the given improvement requirements.
  • Able to read and understand the drawings to fit and assemble.
  • Exposure to work in iterative try storming model to sustain the improvement.
  • Work closely with Lean, Materials and Production team
  • Listen to feedback and iterate the design to achieve the improvements.
  • Assisting all teams as needed to ensure improvements are made and sustained
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
