  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Communicate with Japanese companies, Malaysian companies and designated outsourcing companies, and compile necessary data for program operations.
  • Assist in holding online and physical business matching between Malaysian and Japanese companies in the F&B industry.
  • Assistants for trade shows and JETRO - organized events. Communication and coordination with participating companies and contractors for these events.
  • Compile information, edit and translate documents (Japanese English) such as event flyer, EDM and so on by using PPT, Excel and Word.
  • Join online business meetings facilitated by the designated outsourcing company, take note and report any issues observed to superior, and take meeting memo.
  • Search and compile list of Malaysian companies which may be new potential F&B buyers for Japanese companies.
  • Assist in collecting statistical data / information / news articles related to F&B.
  • Miscellaneous affairs.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience at F&B industry and/or B2B matching a plus
  • Business - level fluency in English and Japanese languages
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to communicate in an appropriate manner

Others:

Leave Entitlement: A contract worker shall also be eligible for sick leave; the other holidays and special leaves shall be in accordance with JETRO’s Office Rules for employees.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
