Senior Account Executive (Tiles Distributor / Tebrau)

• Oversee and manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for internal review.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Liaise with external auditors for audit preparation, coordination, and completion.
• Assist in audit processes and provide required documentation and explanations to auditors.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, including audit experience.
• Must have prior experience in liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes.
• Familiar with accounting standards and audit regulations.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
• Must be able to work in Tebrau.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
