  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title : Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

Salary : RM2,500 to RM4,500

Location : Tebrau, Johor

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) data entry, month-end closing processes, and prepare monthly management reports.
  • Perform reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and control accounts.
  • Monitor bank balances and cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available to meet payment deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of company accounts in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit reports within set deadlines.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with internal policies and guidelines for audit purposes.
  • Provide assistance in matters related to the company secretary, auditors, and tax agents.
  • Prepare financial reports as requested by management.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum Diploma in accounting/ finance.
  • 2 year of working experience for an Executive, and 5 years for Senior Executive
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.
  • Pleasant personality, punctual, hardworking and responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
