  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within budget, timeline and scope. Also monitor and present project updates to relevant stake holders, customers and project team members.

As a customer project Manager, you will lead the projects by leveraging account management, production and organizational expertise.

Customer Project Manager Job Description:

Technical Qualification & Experience:

  • 7+ years of IT project management, large projects in B2B with multiple stake holders
  • External customer facing experience
  • End to end experience of minimum 3 successful projects from POC to large scale deployment
  • Technically sound, understand & talk techno functional language
  • People & team management – direct & matrix organisation
  • Stake holder management – across different levels right up to CXO
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer and third parties/vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, keeping the stake holders informed & usage of right tools, process & methods
  • Proactive risks, issues & dependencies management
  • Familiar with project management tools, office tools
  • Experience in managing projects using agile, waterfall, overlap methodology
  • Experience reporting project status to stakeholders and customers
  • Experience working on technical projects such as implementations
  • Developing comprehensive project plan, tracking, reporting & management
  • Contribution to process, continuous improvement
  • Domain knowledge – experience & learning of domain knowledge, business process organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Project management certification such as PMI, PMP or Agile

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B with multiple stake holders: 3 years (Preferred)
  • External customer facing: 3 years (Preferred)
