PRODUCTION ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE)

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Instrument engineering.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the PCB manufacturing environment is an advantage.

3. Good knowledge in maintaining high efficiency of jigs, fixtures & equipment.

4. Knowledgeable in problem solving, root cause analysis & diagnosing faults.

5. Able to lead & supervise production maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

1. To supervise and responsible on his subordinates activities toward achieving his group target and goal.

2. To planning, undertaking and exercise scheduled and preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdown of jigs and fixtures and equipment.

3. To check and approve the maintenance report in accordance with maintenance schedule.

4. To ensure that the equipment used on production line are in good condition and calibrate.

5. To maintain safety stock level of consumable tools and inspection of product.

6. To identify areas of improvement and manage the maintenance procedures in improving the test and inspection of product. To conduct continuous improvement project on jig components, fixtures or fittings.

7. To responsible on the safety environment of work place and safety rules and regulation are observed at all times.

8. To maintain cleanliness of work area (5s) at all times.

9. To liaise with other supporting departments/section in minimizing problems and downtime.

10. To comply with any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by his superior.

11. Dealing with Japan counterparts as and when necessary on any related issues.

12. Ensure ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 compliance within their work scope.

13. To compliance and participate in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 related activities.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
