JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Brand Executive to lead and support our brands’ digital initiatives, focusing primarily on CRM, digital content creation, EDM campaigns, and third-party media buying. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building customer relationships, improving online visibility, and driving both omni-channels sales through effective digital CRM strategies.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Management:

  • Content Creation and Publishing:

Develop and implement innovative ideas for engaging digital content that aligns with the brands’ value and identity. This includes creating, proofreading, and publishing high-quality content for across online channels.

  • SEO and Analytics:

Utilize SEO strategies and Google Analytics to enhance website performance, improve search engine rankings, and increase overall online visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement content optimization recommendations.

  • Meta Ads & Boosting:

Familiarity with boosting posts to increase visibility and drive engagement with specific audience segments.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • CRM System Build-Up:

Lead the development and preparation of CRM infrastructure, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition during integration. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to align technical requirements with business needs; also ensure data segmentations are data-driven and aimed at achieving customer-centric results.

  • Membership Program Strategy:

Increase omni-channels sales through effective membership program initiatives and campaigns. Develop strategies to acquire new members, retain existing ones, and enhance member loyalty by delivering personalized experiences.

  • Data Analysis:

Analyze membership base data and segmentation to better understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and tailor marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales.

EDM Campaigns:

  • Content Creation:

Plan, prepare, and execute compelling content for EDM campaigns that effectively communicate brands’ promotions, new launches, and other relevant updates.

  • Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze EDM campaign results to identify sales opportunities for optimization, ensuring each campaign achieves KPIs: open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate.

Third-Party Media Buying:

  • Third Party Media Collaboration:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party media platforms to amplify brands’ reach and visibility.

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, negotiate, and manage media buying activities to ensure that campaigns effectively reach the target audience and achieve business goals. Monitor campaign performance, make adjustments as needed, and ensure media budgets are used efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in business/ marketing / Mass communication or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, CRM, SEM, META, EDM tools and other digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in proofreading and editing content.
  • Familiarity with fashion industry and prior experience building CRM systems is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret data, insights, and make actionable plan for optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams, media partners, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.
  • Able to work in a fast pace working environment.
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in Damansara Heights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
