Job Responsibilities

Develop B2B Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing strategies targeting trade audiences within the construction industry.

Trade Marketing Initiatives: Identify key trade publications, events, and partnerships to promote company services and products. Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions.

Advertisement Management: Oversee the creation, placement, and optimization of advertisements in relevant trade publications, websites, and digital platforms. Monitor advertisement performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management: Assist in running social media channels (e.g. Facebook) including content & visual creation, account management, advertising etc.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, tailored to B2B audiences.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Utilise insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including trade associations, industry influencers, and potential partners.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media activities. Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for optimization.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and deliver ROI.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Possess around 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the construction or related industry.

Able to understand trade marketing strategies and tactics.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
