Job Description:
AZKA Group, a leading insurance agency under Prudential, is looking for a proactive and driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our growing team. This position offers flexible working hours, either part-time or full-time, and is ideal for individuals passionate about building high-performing teams within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
Identify potential talent through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
