Sales Engineer - Electrical

We are looking for a progressive Sales Engineer (Electrical) to grow with the company. You will be a sales professional specializing in the technical aspects of company products (cable accessories) and promoting them to potential consumers. You will also play a key role in product development, product training and selling the solution to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate proposal & solution to meet customer’s requirements.
• Implement tactical sales plans focusing on identified market segments.
• Monitor and develop accounts to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Identify new product opportunities and develop them for market offering.
• Manage and improve current product range and offerings.
• Monitor and report latest market intelligence (price/product/competitor activities).
• Train and guide Sales team in product technical knowledge.
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 year(s) of working sales experience in the electrical industry (preferably in cable accessories business).
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Well-organized, responsible and a team player.
• Attention to details and show effective leadership in solving problems.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and proactive.
