You will play an important role as:

Report and assist Senior Executive and Accountant for day-to-day operation of Account Receivable and Credit function.
Generate sale billing/ invoice, credit note and other sale related documents timely and to ensure the billings/invoices sent out in a timely manner.
Assist on the verification of the collection receipts and ensure accuracy of the data entry of collection.
Ensure timely collection of payment to avoid late payment by customers. Analyze root cause of overdue invoice and follow up collections.
Assist on issuance any reminder or cancellation letter to clients.
Assist preparation of aging report and reason on a monthly basis for management reporting.
Coordinate and liaise with others third party and departmental on problem solving, new procedure and improvement on workflow.
Undertakes any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments as directed by the Superior/ Management from time to time.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Education: Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years AR experience or 1-2 years working experience in credit control or fresh graduate is welcome.
Skills: Motivated, committed with excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Result oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently with a strong sense of responsibility. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Languages: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
