  • Manage and ensure maintenance jobs and records are up to date.
  • Response to tenant's complaints or enquiries.
  • Escalate issue to building manager if unable to resolve.
  • Coordinate the administration of office work.
  • Ensure emergency contact is up to date at all times.
  • Execute and compile day-to-day billing, charges and refund timely.
  • Support to archive aging report and reconciliation report for receivables balances.
  • Keep positive relationship with owners, occupants, contractors & management corporation (MC).

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in estate management/ property management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Good communication and administration skill.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft office
