- Manage and ensure maintenance jobs and records are up to date.
- Response to tenant's complaints or enquiries.
- Escalate issue to building manager if unable to resolve.
- Coordinate the administration of office work.
- Ensure emergency contact is up to date at all times.
- Execute and compile day-to-day billing, charges and refund timely.
- Support to archive aging report and reconciliation report for receivables balances.
- Keep positive relationship with owners, occupants, contractors & management corporation (MC).
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in estate management/ property management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
- Good communication and administration skill.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literate - Microsoft office
