What will you do?

  • Accountable for the business and marketing metrics performance for the portfolios inclusive of managing end to end both ATL and BTL planning up till execution and monitor progress.
  • To assist and subsequently lead in internal process of product change from formulation to packaging material in both Local and Export market liaising closely internal stakeholders - R&D, Procurement, Operation, Sales, Halal and SRA.
  • To assist in NPI and Design-to-Value projects on the portfolios inclusive of scooping of opportunities and gaps up till roll out to market.
  • To provide support and assistance to Brand Managers for the portfolio whenever necessary.
  • Handle Brand Equity and Communication Management, consumer understanding.
  • Reponsible on Marketing Operation including Trade Promotion activity and activation.
  • Assist to liase with the external parties, agencies and suppliers on the preparation and promotional material, public relations, media, events, event, BTL etc including promotions executions.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify new opportunity for the brands.
  • Work and align with the cross functional teams to accomplish Annual Marketing and Sales objective.
  • Leading the development of existing and new product launches from concept refinery to optimal marketing strategies execution.

About you?

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Digital/Advertising and Communication or equivalent.
  • Possess 3-5 years of working experience in marketing preferably from the FMCG background particularly from F&B industry.
  • Possess high adaptability and flexibility and flexible in work location mobility.
  • Able to work under challenging and pressured situations including meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possesses fundamental awareness and understanding of Digital/Social Media utilization.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills with basic business acumen and fundamental Marketing principles knowledge.
  • Good collaboration skill and experience with working as a team player.
  • Advance in Microsoft Office tools in particularly Powerpoint and Excel.
