Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth functioning of all food outlets, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Manage the leasing of the Food Court stalls ensuring food varieties and mix.
  • Manage relationships with food vendors, negotiate contracts, ensure timely payments, and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and feedback, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback surveys and implement changes to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage cost control measures, including tracking tenant’s sales, rental collection, and operation expenses.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the food court, organize special promotions, and drive foot traffic.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirement.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the facility is clean, equipment is functioning properly, and any repairs are addressed promptly.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a food court.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations and coordinate with multiple vendors.
  • Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings when necessary.
