REQUIREMENS :
- DIPLOMA @ DEGREE in Business Management / Administration / Marketing / Account
- Class D Driving and B2 is must. GDL will have an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Willing to work extra hours and on Public Holidays
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate Project arrangements and manage calendars for executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Support the HR team with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Prepare Quotation, Invoice and Sketching.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
OTHERS :
- 5 days working (Monday-Friday)
- 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturday OVERTIME
- EPF, Socso & EIS
