Responsibilities:
- To assist operation in daily administrative, office & sales support activities
- To provide support as customer service such as handling/replying all inquiries/calls/emails/whatsapp
- To handle all enquiries from customer, provide appropriate feedback and alternatives.
- Schedule and coordinate events, live, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangement
- Manage and record financial transactions
- To perform any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min SPM Qualifications or higher
- Computer literacy & able to operate Microsoft Words, Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounts & IT roles
