We are looking for Business Development Manager to fill a vacant position at MBFE SDN BHD (Salad Atelier) Headquarter. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Group’s business growth and expansion plans through creating and identify new business opportunity for the company.
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities and coordinating business generation related activities for overall group expansion plans.
- Manage sales planning and forecasting; propose and execute short and long-term outlets business development plans.
- Research and prepare competitor and industry landscape report to identify potential business opportunity in Malaysia (West & East).
- Build and maintain business relationships with current and potential business clients such as landlords and other stakeholders.
- License, dealer, distributorship, other tenancy or legal related documents and processes handling, collaborate with assigned legal service providers to ensure all potential legal risk is minimized.
- Store expansion P&L analysis, forecast and cost management for service providers, landlords and other outlet related overheads.
- Work out and execute business expansion plans to align with overall company's growth and business development strategies.
- Prepare informative presentation deck; present and deliver business related information to potential clients and business partners.
- Train and guide the business development team and ensure everyone is align with the Company's direction.
- Explore franchising opportunity with clients or potential franchisee.
- Facilitates the application of necessary certificate(s) for the brand to enhance brand value and sales.
Job Requirement:
- Strong in analytical, market sense, business development and people skill. Knowledge in F&B industry regulatory guidelines would be an added advantage.
- Be creative, innovative with good attitude and work ethics. Able to work independently or working in a team, self-motivated with high level of commitment and integrity. Able to maintain discretion & confidentiality at all times.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written communication.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Understanding Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Degree Holder in relevant discipline. ACCA / Finance related background is a plus.
