Responsible for the Utility equipment / systems / activities related with steam, thermal oil, boiler, nature gas.
Has adequate knowledge and experience in gas burner and fire tube.
To be responsible for the project assigned by Engineering Department Manager.
Ensure legal compliance on his facilities and activities.
Ensure overall safety on his facilities and the employees.
Ensure that all parameters of quality affecting product to internal customer as being mentioned in the facility system or equipment on the Section Quality objectives and enforcement requirement is strictly followed.
Responsible to provide training / information to his subordinates whenever necessary.
Providing engineering support for the operation and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Take necessary corrective action and preventive action to overcome any problem occur on responsible equipment and its facilities.
Responsible to ensure sufficient chemical stock / spare parts availability for machineries / equipment’s system that are under his responsibility.
Responsible for establishing, developing, reviewing and modifications of records, to his facilities checklists and SOP related.
Provide the equipment daily operation data on the consumption usage and the operation condition / efficiency whenever necessary.
Delivering regular data on equipment usage, efficiency, and creating preventive maintenance notices in SAP.
Continually improving equipment operation, working conditions, and identifying cost/energy savings opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must have First or Second Grade Steam Engineer certification.
3 years’ experience in Steam Boiler SUPERVISION.
Preferred computer literate candidate.
Well versed in report writing and project management.
