Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts for a Malaysia entity.
- Process and record payment to suppliers and staffs.
- Process and record sales invoices to customers.
- Prepare monthly reporting pack for consolidation.
- Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget.
- Prepare Sales and Service Tax submission and withholding tax (if any).
- Conduct physical stock count and reconciliation.
- Ensure that stock records are properly and accurately maintained in the system.
- Involve in the e-invoicing implementation.
- Assist in preparation of management and other reports when required.
- Assist in monitoring trade receivables collection.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Candidate with audit experience background is preferred.
- Experience with Autocount is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
- Candidates with shorter notice period is preferred.
