  • Attend complaints for model under care & manage loaner car arrangement to customer (as & when required) & general administrative work.
  • Support Customer’s escalation and work with internal teams for a solution or recommendation.
  • Manage In & Out-Bound calls.
  • Assist with execution of Special Events and Promotions.
  • Maintain customer file, (follow-up system) telephoning all customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the service they received.
  • Prepare letter of reply to customer on the critical cases.
  • Ensure all employees deliver a top-tier customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and preparation.
  • Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Services in Calls Centre or via face to face.
  • Strong command of the English Language & Bahasa Malaysia in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent/moderate User for Microsoft Word and Excel,
  • Advantage if possess knowledge on using CRM and Case Management Systems
