Job Purpose: As a Marketing & Social Media Executive, you will independently create and execute digital marketing campaigns, develop copywriting and visual assets, and generate content to support the company’s expansion efforts. Your role requires a passion for marketing, proficiency in traditional and digital concepts, and strong writing skills to innovate and achieve targets like increased leads and inquiries. This includes strategizing and implementing online and offline activities such as product demos, workshops, and brand events.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns, including company branding and online content strategy.
  • Write online and social media content, such as articles, blog posts, and marketing messages.
  • Design and create visual assets, including banners, images, landing pages, and EDMs.
  • Manage and optimize the company website and digital assets.
  • Engage daily on social media, promptly handling community interactions and feedback.
  • Develop strategic content marketing initiatives across online channels and digital touch-points.
  • Support internal teams with strategic and tactical content for marketing, business development, and sales.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and lead generation during and after events.
  • Complete tasks within agreed deadlines and manage miscellaneous administrative duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
