Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to contract team.
  • Perform data entry and word processing functions.
  • Receives and distributes incoming correspondences.
  • Print drawing and issue correspondences letter.
  • Compiling, maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing system.
  • Receive, organize, distribute, and file all documents for incoming and ongoing projects.

Requirement:

  • Posses at least SPM or diploma in any field.
  • Ability to use word processing document.
  • Good command with written in English.
  • Well organized; familiar with Microsoft Office Application.
  • Experience in contract / quantity surveyor department will be better advantage.
