Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Operations or Marine equivalent.

2. The candidate must be willing to travel nationwide when required but will be stationed in Kemaman, Terengganu.

3. Willing to relocate is a MUST.

3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4. Candidate must be able to converse in Malay and English.

5. Possess good communication, interpersonal, and diplomacy with other parties involved, respectively.

6. Able to work on a rotational shift

7. Must be able to work in a team and independently when required

8. Must be able to take up a hybrid role of operator and equipment installer (technical) together.


Operator Responsibilities

1. Responsible for supervisory of the day-to-day vessel activities and control of simultaneous operations and L1 experience in providing technical support to end-users, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problems, diagnosis, and resolution with regards to the system.

2. Responsible for monitoring various alarms of software related to the vessel's activities and movements via the event monitoring system

3. Provide technical information and consultation to the client on any information required related to vessel tracking and marine operations system.

4. Act as the frontline, point of contact with the user over system issues through the phone, email, and chat.

5. Escalate issues appropriately using hierarchical and functional escalation guidelines provided by the company.

6. Maintain ownership of incidents and ensure that they are resolved within the SLA time frame.

7. Reporting and statistical analysis of data mined from the ticket logging and tracking system.


Installer Responsibilities

1. Carry out installation, removal, and maintenance of tracking devices.

2. Ensure and maintain company assets given in good working condition for next installation.

3. Perform installation tasks by adhering to schedule, procedure, and HSE policies.

4. Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting maintenance tasks.
