Job Description
UI/UX
• Identify customer problems and come up with potential design solutions to solve the problem.
• Initiate product roadmap according to the findings and value proposition created with a crisp rationale/thought process.
• Run proper design thinking process, including UX research/gather insights, validating problem & hypothesis, constructive design ideation, UX prototyping, wireframe creation, UX copy writing, user usability testing (UT), and ensure the design is implemented according to the initial goal and will solve customer's pain point.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders' cross functions Business, Product, and IT team to ensure the final design is aligned with the initial goal, including day to day discussion and design showcase.

Web
• Collaborate with commercial teams' stakeholders to elicit, understand, define and document business requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
• Liaise with technical teams and external vendors to assist with the translation of business requirements into digital solutions.
• Analyze, consult, communicate & recommend measures to enhance, improve and create business opportunities in the B2B and B2C area, with a strong CX focus.
• Support the implementation and leverage of global Digital Solutions & Tools: Digital Consumer Engagement (B2C).
• Accountable for the digital support and consultancy of local commercial teams.


SEO and Google Analytic
• Liaise with Global SEO team to implement effective SEO strategies that increase website traffic, improve visibility, and enhance user experience.
• Possess experience on web analytics platforms: Google Analytics Google Search Console Reporting. Query, manipulate and transform data from multiple sources to produce a comprehensive view of user behaviour on digital platform to answer business needs
• Support the maintenance of web analytics platforms, work with Google Analytics and SEO Global team to maintain data collection, identify gaps in the data capture strategy; and provide data tracking and implementation requirements for digital solution or tagging enhancements.
• Analyze and track overall digital solution performance, SEO strategy performance, keyword search performance, deep-dive analysis the results of digital activation activities, website performance, translate data into actionable business insights and provide recommendations to achieve KPI.


Who we are looking for
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, digital, website or similar.
• Post intermediate Digital Marketing skill set (e.g.: strategy to drive traffic to Website, SEO Strategy & Google Analytics)
• Analytical skills to build complete understanding of requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Waterfall, SCRUM, Jira & Confluence).
• Proactive, collaborative, have experience with stakeholder management, and thrive in a digital workplace
• Focused on analyzing consumer & business needs with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Preferably experience working with Salesforce (Demandware, SFMC, ServiceCloud, Community Cloud) and SAP Commerce.
• Experience in coding and scripting in languages such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS and Ajax Practices.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Team oriented and positive attitude.
• A degree in business information technology, computer science or equivalent.
