Logistic Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the smooth and efficient movement of goods, materials, and services. This position involves coordinating all aspects of transportation and warehousing, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and all logistical processes are optimized. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Authorities

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Plan and track shipment of products according to customer requirement
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

Competencies & Requirement

- Related working experience for more than 3 years
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection methodologies
- Able to use various measuring equipment correctly for performing measurement
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently

Education

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in logistic management, industrial management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
