Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as network servers.
  • Periodic audit on user’s computer system so as to ensure that each system is free from virus and no unauthorized software is used within the company.
  • To assist in maintaining the company’s overall computer system, network and PABX system.
  • Troubleshoot the company’s computer hardware or software.
  • Provide direct support Microsoft desktops/laptops and user access to corporate Network and applications on the network.
  • Provide support to office relocations and expansions of IT equipments.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Maintaining the company’s intranet.
  • Ensure IP (Intellectual Property) Compliance in the company.
  • To source for cost-effective IT hardware and software where required upgrades for the company.
  • To provide support to staff on IT in software and hardware.
  • To generate and maintain IT monthly report.
  • To assist in maintaining the company’s ERP accessibilities.
  • To maintain the Company Intranet and website.
  • To provide training to all user on application system and software.
  • Provide support on ERP include installation and configuration.
  • IT operation and maintenance service system: Responsible for assisting the headquarters IT in implementing IT-related service processes, including asset management processes, daily service request processing processes, problem tracking processes, user operation specifications (application systems such as OA, ERP, email, printing equipment, conference equipment, etc).
  • Asset management: Strictly follow the headquarters’ fixed assets management regulations to complete the procurement, transfer-in and transfer-out, inventory management, scrap management and other related work of IT-related fixed assets, and cooperate with the department’s internal or audit requirements to conduct regular inventory work.
  • Accumulation of operation and maintenance knowledge base: Analyze and summarize typical problems encountered during the service process, incorporate them into case management, and improve desktop service efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Providing ad – hoc support to users.
  • Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in computer or related major, with more than 3 years of desktop operation and maintenance experience.
  • Common IT office problems and application system processing techniques, such as ERP, OA, operating systems, Office, IM, email, printing, access control, conference systems, account permissions, office networking and other common problem handling.
  • Have good standardized problem-solving thinking, be sensitive to the identification and improvement of repetitive problems, and have experience in building operation and maintenance processes and ITIL management knowledge will be given priority.
  • Have a patient and friendly communication attitude and be good at listening to users' voices, have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to analyze, handle and track user problems in a closed loop, be good at summarizing and making optimization suggestions.
  • Clear thinking, good communication, expression and learning skills, good team spirit and work attitude, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
  • Experience in implementation of ISO9001 would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin is essential, as this role requires frequent communication with colleagues in China.
