Branch Manager/Branch Assistant Manager （ 店长/副店长）

Job Description:

• We are searching for a reliable, innovative assistant restaurant manager to supervise operations at restaurant.
• The assistant restaurant manager's duties include scheduling shifts, balancing cash registers.
• To be successful as an assistant restaurant manager, you should implement measures to minimize costs and improve profitability.
• An outstanding assistant restaurant manager will contribute to the professional development of staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the restaurant.
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff.
• Resolving and handling guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensuring the outlet hygiene and food safety comply the regulations.
• Report and handling outlet maintenance.

Job Requirement:

• High school diploma or hospitality is advantages.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (BM), and Mandarin.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
