JOB DESCRIPTION
- Go-To-Market" (GTM): Lead and plan Concession marketing projects; involve in GTM process and work with relevant departments and support team to execute initiatives.
- Engaging Marketing Campaigns: Develop imaginative and captivating marketing campaigns that establish emotional connections with the target audience.
- Branding: Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing materials. Cultivate a memorable and trustworthy brand identity that resonates with customers.
- Visual Merchandising: To curate engaging displays (concession / movies) across all concession counters. Ensure new products are showcased effectively, reflecting customer desires and highlighting that there are always new and exciting items in the store.
- Communications: Keep customers well-informed about promotions, new menu items, and merchandises through timely communication channels, such as on-ground and digital platforms
- Customer-Centric Approach: Embrace a customer-centric mindset by gaining a deep understanding of targeted audience's needs and preferences. Regularly conduct customer surveys and solicit feedback to identify new areas of business opportunities.
REQUIREMENT
- A Diploma / Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience
- Strong marketing knowledge in Retail, F&B, merchandise, and loyalty.
- Recognized local organization.
- Experienced in 360 marketing and GTM
- Strong customer centric business mindset
- Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
